Manage Your Profile
When you arrive at “Manage your profile”, you have three options. Let’s start at the beginning.
Setup and preferences

This is where you will manage your application preferences and define your training objectives.
- Enter your name and email details in the relevant fields.
- Enter the currency symbol for your country in the “Currency Symbol” field. This will be used in your shopping lists.
- Select your gender: Male or Female.
- Select the measurement units you prefer to use: Metric (grams, kilograms, litres) or US (pounds, ounces, gallons). This will determine the units of measurement used throughout your recipes and plans. Once you have made your selection, you should not alter this setting.
- If you are vegetarian, please check the box to ensure that your plans meet your requirements.
Training Objective
Now select your current training objective. There are five options and your selection will be used in the calculation of your precise nutritional requirements.
The five options are:
- Bulk – your objective is to build muscle and / or gain weight.
- Maintain – your objective is to maintain your current weight.
- Taper – your objective is to retain muscle whilst you reduce body fat, tone and condition.
- Cut – your objective is to lose body fat rapidly in preparation for competition. Note: the cutting phase is for extreme weight loss and should be used for a short period of time only. We recommend no longer than 7 days.
- Condition – your objective is to tone and condition your body through aerobic exercise. This phase is particularly suitable for those participating in keep fit, dance and other recreation.
Workout Duration
Next, the amount of time you spend working out or training has a major impact on your nutritional requirements. Check the box labelled “Adjust nutritional requirements to average daily workout duration” and enter your average daily workout time.
For example if you exercise or train for 2 hours on four days a week and for 1 hour on two days with one day off, your weekly total would be 10 hours. Divide 10 hours by 7 to calculate your Average Daily Workout time. In this case it is 1.43 hours. Enter 1.43 into the box and press the return key.
Advanced users may wish to set their daily nutrition requirements manually for training and non-training days individually. However, we recommend that you utilize this function.
You have now completed the first stage of the setup process, so click “Save” to return to “Manage your profile”.
Next click on:
Manage body statistics

This is where you will enter your personal statistics to enable you to monitor your training progress. Enter your precise measurements into each field. This information will be logged as your starting point. We recommend that you update your statistics on a monthly basis in order to precisely monitor your progress.
Please note that it is essential to enter your weight as this will directly influence your nutritional requirements. We recommend that you enter your weight once a week.
When you have entered your information, click “Save” to return to “Manage your profile”.
Congratulations – you have successfully completed the setup information. In a few minutes you will have your fully personalised nutrition plan.
