Daily Nutritional Requirements
When you activate a plan, it is automatically scaled to suit your daily nutritional requirements using plan:one’s unique Dynamic Nutrition Technology™. Very occasionally, due to specific profile characteristics, the nutritional composition of the plan may require some fine-tuning.
Before you activate a plan, carry out the following check. Select Day 1 of your plan, and click “Nutrition” at the bottom of the left hand screen. A screen opens to show your “Daily nutritional requirements”

The first column of figures provides details of your exact Requirement of carbohydrate, protein and fat, based on your personal profile information. The next column shows the Actual nutrition that your plan delivers for that day.
To the right of this are four nutrition indicators which signify if the plan is on target for overall calories and for each macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein and fat). If the nutrition indicator is green, you are on target. If the nutrition indicator is blue you are not on target. In almost all cases, your daily menu will be on target for all four aspects.
However, if it is slightly off target, it is a very simple process to make a few alterations to perfect it. Check each day within the plan and note down any discrepancies. If you find any problems, you may find it useful to print out the plans before making your notes. Adjustments can easily be made to ensure that the plan meets your target.
