What is a meal plan?

A meal plan sets out all the meals and snacks you will eat over the course of a day. Most of the plan:one meal plans include three main meals: breakfast, lunch and diner and two or three snacks to be eaten at intervals during the day. The times for each meal are also indicated but you can change these to suit your own timetable.

When you chose a plan, you can use it straight away or you may decide to change some elements.
